Garlic Butter Pork Chop

- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Finely chopped garlic
- pork chop
- corn flour
- boiled veges like edamame or broccoli
- margarine

- Marinate pork chop with garlic powder, salt and pepper for 30-45 mins
- Heat HCP with margarine
- Cover the pork chop with corn flour and fry
- Turn aside after 2 mins (depending on the thickness of the meat)
- Once both sides are browned, set aside
- Add in some margarine and saute the chopped garlic
- Pour the saute garlic on the pork chops
- And serve with boiled veges
