Ingredients:
- Oyster sauce
- sliced mushroom
- sliced hotdog
- pepper
- salt
- homemade vege broth (as sauce base)
- chopped or sliced garlic
Method:
- prepare the sauce in a bowl by adding oyster sauce, salt and pepper to the vege broth
- heat wok with oil
- saute garlic till fragrant
- add in mushroom, stir fry for a minute
- add in hotdog and stir fry for 2 mins till brownish
- pour in the sauce
- simmer for a minute or two before serving
