Chinese Sausage Egg

- chinese sausage (lap cheong)
- 2 eggs

- soak sausage in water for few minutes
- whisk 2 eggs with salt and pepper
- peel off the outer layer of the chinese sausage
- sliced the sausage
- heat pan with oil
- stir in the sausages and fry till fragrant
- pour in the whisked egg
- flip the pan/ roll the egg half
- serve when it's cooked
