Apple Jam

Didn't know that cooking jam is so easy..all you need is just the fruit you like, water and sugar...for simple ones can add in other ingredients like cinnamon too...all i did was apple jam..why? cos too many apples left in fridge...instead of letting them rot and thrown away, i turned them into delicious jam..

- 5 apples
- 200gm sugar
- 250ml water

a) Grate the apples till fine strips and soak in water to prevent them from turning yellow.

b) Sieve the apples strips.

c) Place all ingredients in pan except for sugar. Bring it to a boil and cook until the apples are soften.
d) Add in sugar and let it simmer. Stir constantly to mix ingredients well. Cooked till the apple and sugar gel up.

e) Cool it before packing. Put it in refrigerator.
