Chili Potato Leaf
Ingredients:
- Potato Leaves (washed)
- Sambal Belacan (I used bottled)
- Sliced Garlic

Water
Method:
- Heat wok with oil
- Saute garlic till fragrant
- Add in potato leaves, stir fry till 80%
cooked
- Add in sambal belacan & water
- Boil and ready to serve
