Coffee Chocolate Chips Muffin

hand itchy, wanted to bake but lazy of washing, so i did a quick bake, coffee chocolate chip muffin  amended from previous post : http://honeybee916food.blogspot.com/2012/12/strawberry-crumb-muffin.html#more

omitted the crumbs and reduced sugar



Ingredients:

• 190gm plain flour

• 90gm sugar

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp coffee emulco

• 70ml oil

• 70ml water

• 1 egg

• chocolate chips for sprinkle

Method:

1. Preheat oven

2. Sift flour & baking powder, then mix the sugar and set aside

3. Mix egg with oil, water and extract then fold in flour

4. Fill cups with batter till 2/3 full

5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of muffin batter

3. Bake at 180 for 30mins
