Vietnam Coffee Cupcake


• 190gm plain flour

• 90gm sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 packet vietnam coffee + 70ml water
• 70ml oil
• 1 egg

Method:
1. Preheat oven
2. Sift flour & baking powder, then mix the sugar and set aside
3. Mix egg with oil, water and coffee then fold in flour
4. Fill cups with batter till 2/3 full
5. Bake at 180 for 25mins
