125g butter,softened
90g sugar
2 eggs
30ml infused orange flavour tea
100g self raising flour

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 sachets of orange flavour tea leaves
Method:

Method:
- Cream butter and sugar till pale and fluffy.
- Add eggs,one at a time,mix well.
- Add vanilla extract,mix well.
- Add milk and flour+leaves,alternate,ending with flour+leaves,mix well.
- Pour into 7" round tin.
- Shake them a little to even out the batter.
- Bake in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C then reduce to 160°C for 10 minutes or till cooked.
- Remove from tinand cool on rack.
