Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake

 
 


[360] 180gm butter
[300] 180gm sugar - should cut down abit more, probably 150gm for 2 eggs, 270 for 4 eggs
[400] 200gm evaporated milk
[4] 2 eggs
[200] 100gm flour
[100] 50gm cocoa powder
[1] 1/2 tsp baking powder
[1] 1/2 tsp baking soda

1. Cook sugar, milk and butter over a pot of simmering water.
2. Leave cool
3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda then set aside.
4. Add in eggs to (1).
5. Fold in flour mixture to egg mixture..

6. Pour mixture to greased pan.
7. Steam over medium heat for 45 mins.
8. Lift pan and let cool.
