125g butter,softened90g sugar
30ml juice (i used mango blended with HL Orange juice)
100g self raising flour
- Cream butter and sugar till pale and fluffy.
- Add eggs,one at a time,mix well.
- Add juice and flour, alternate,ending with flour, mix well.
- Pour into two 5" round tin.
- Shake them a little to even out the batter.
- Bake in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C then reduce to 160°C for 10 minutes or till cooked.
- Remove from tin and cool on rack.
