Cheddar Cheese Chicken Floss Muffin

so bored...hand was so itchy!! i didn't bake for almost 3 weeks..can't stand I tried out new venture...savoury muffin...

amended from previous post :

omitted the crumbs

• 190gm cake flour

• 90gm sugar (cut down to 75gm)

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 70ml oil

• 70ml water

• 1 egg

• a slice of cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces
• chicken floss for sprinkle


1. Preheat oven

2. Sift flour & baking powder, then mix the sugar and set aside

3. Mix egg with oil, water and extract then fold in flour

4. Fill cups with batter till 1/3 full, lay a slice of cheese, sprinkle some cheese floss, top up with batter till 2/3 full.

5. Sprinkle more chicken floss on top of muffin batter

3. Bake at 180 for 30mins
