30g plain flour
1/4 tsp oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1. Grease mould generously.
2. Preheat in oven at 200'C.
3. Whisk egg and sugar till ribbon stage.
4. Fold in flour follow by extract and oil.
5. Remove mould from oven. Grease again then fill batter to mould.
6. Bake for 10mins at 200'C.
7. Use toothpick/ satay stick to remove from mould.
