1st attempt: Strawberry Yoghurt Chiffon
3rd attempt: Chocolate Chiffon
Here goes the recipe:
35g juice (different for every chiffon: strawberry yoghurt, orange juice, chocolate drink)
7.5g corn flour
1/4tsp orange zest (for orange chiffon)
1/4tsp vanilla extract
grand marnier (*optional for orange chiffon)
1. Preheat oven to 170'C
2. Mix yolk with sugar. Add in juice then oil. mix well.
3. Sift in flour and mix well.
4. Whisk whites till stiff.
5. Fold into yolk mixture in 3 addition.
6. Pour to mould and bake for 40mins at 170'C.
