omitted the crumbs and reduced sugar
Ingredients:
• 190gm plain flour
• 90gm sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp coffee emulco
• 70ml oil
• 70ml water
• 1 egg
• chocolate chips for sprinkle
Method:
1. Preheat oven
2. Sift flour & baking powder, then mix the sugar and set aside
3. Mix egg with oil, water and extract then fold in flour
4. Fill cups with batter till 2/3 full
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of muffin batter
3. Bake at 180 for 30mins
