simple dinner again..this time round is egg noodle with curry mutton... i broke the egg noodle into half...easier to boil.... after boiling for 4 minutes, drain off the water... add in the curry mutton on the noodle and reheat for 2 minutes.... it's now ready to serve
simple and easy way of cooking udon miso soup...(all microwave for lazy pig like me)
- boil the udon for 2 minutes - add in mushroom & tofu (i dun have it @ tat time, so skip this step) - put in seaweed (as much as you like, but too much oh) - add in 1 tablespoon of miso n mix with the udon - ready to serve
*can replace with egg noodle if you don't like udon..both taste nice...haven't tried with pasta...shall try 1 day
