- 2 eggs
- 120g self raising flour
- 3 tsp self raising flour
- 100g cooking oil
- 100g milk
- 100g sugar
- 2 1/2 banana (mashed and also sliced)
- 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of banana essence (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 175'C.
- Hand whisk eggs, put oil, milk and sugar until well combined.
- Add in banana essence and sift in self raising flour.
- Add in banana, mix well.
- Pour into lines cups.
- Bake at 175'C for 15-20 minutes.
