Italian Herbs Pork
1st attempt trying to cook with happy pan...and i kinda like it..less oil
but one thing is that i cut the pork too thin, that it gets abit overcooked

Some of the steps below and pictures...
Ingredients:
- pork fillet (better if there's some fat)
- minced
- italian herbs
- salt (i used sea salt too)
- pepper
- olive oil
- lemon (2 teaspoon)
Method:
1) add the ingredients in a resealable bag
2) refrigerate for more than 30 mins
3) heat up HCP
4) add in the pork and flip aside after 2-3 mins (depends on the meat size)
5) add in the remaining sauce and you are ready ^^

Coffee Jelly
Aiya, so long didn't cook jelly dee..was too busy and couldn't concentrate...therefore, the coffee jelly for this round failed dee...
suppose to do the following steps but i went haywire... :(
1) boil water
2) add in jelly powder gradually
3) add in coffee (i used Starbucks)
4) add sugar to taste
5) mix well
6) pour them to the container
7) let it cool to set then only put to fridge

Mushroom Chicken Spaghetti
Simple yet loving dinner dish for today!
Luv it! Hope he likes it too.
But the sauce too little dee.
Abit dry.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Campbell's mushroom chicken
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Luncheon meat
Method:
1) boil a pot of water
2) add in pinch of salt
3) put in the spaghetti
4) stir it once awhile to avoid clumping
5) add a few drops of olive oil
6) cook the spaghetti till al dente, follow the instruction in packet or fish out few pieces to test
7) while waiting for the spaghetti to be done, prepare the sauce in another pan
8) heat up the pan with few drops of olive oil
9) add in the luncheon meat cubes
10) fry till it turn slightly brown
11) add in some water and the mushroom chicken paste
12) stir well and bring to boil
13) drain the spaghetti and serve on plates
14) pour in the sauce
15) ready to serve! ^^
